Arc Textile Company
Arc Textile Company is a high-end jean and clothing boutique inspired by women activists who have devoted their lives to making a difference. The logo and name are inspired by Joan of Arc, the 14th-century heroine who played a pivotal role in ending the Hundred Years’ War. Each clothing item features a tag with an illustration and biography of an inspirational woman, highlighting their contributions to society.
his project has a dual focus on design and social impact. During the research process, I learned about the harsh working conditions faced by female factory workers in Bangladesh and Vietnam. This inspired the idea that a portion of the profits from each item sold would support organizations dedicated to improving these women's lives.
