GMC Pilot Touch 1 Welcome Email

For this project, I was given the chance to collaborate on the GMC Pilot Touch 1 Welcome email, which serves as the first touchpoint for customers after purchasing a new GMC vehicle. The email introduces customers to essential information about their GMC, OnStar services, the myGMC mobile app, and the myGMC Rewards program.

With a tight timeline and multiple stakeholders providing differing directions, we faced the challenge of balancing input from the GMC CRM creative team, developer team, GMC and OnStar account teams, as well as the clients themselves. To navigate these complexities, we developed four design options that integrated elements from both the GMC and OnStar brand guidelines. The final selection, similar to layout option 3 below, leaned heavily towards the GMC branding, with subtle OnStar elements incorporated for continuity. The outcome was a clean, engaging design that effectively welcomed new GMC owners while reinforcing the brand's identity.
